It has brought business to a standstill due to it's deadly and ravaging tendencies. People are working from home now more than ever so as to reduce the spreading of this invisible enemy. Being confined and isolated at home is boring and health threatening so it's time to appreciate your local sorroundings i.e go hunting, rock climbing, traverse the thickets create memories and mingle with nature. The Zimbabwe landscape is one of the best in Africa if not the world as it is endowed with everything be it wetlands, thickets, mountains, wild animals, wild fruits and grasslands. Natural ways of maintaining a youthful and glowing skin.

We all love the glowing and smooth looking skin and people do everything they can to make sure their skin looks good.There are artificial and natural remedies to keeping the skin tone on point and below are some natural ways that can be used to maintain the skin smoothness and tone.

1.GETTING ENOUGH SLEEP🛌
It's called beauty sleep for a reason! It's during our sleep that our bodies repair worn out tissues taking advantage of less activity and rest. Blood floor is even when we are sleeping thereby helping the cells to be repaired and be nourished. Collagen is also produced when we are asleep and this helps repair Utraviolet (UV) damage and reduce sun spots and wrinkles.

2.EXERCISING  🏋️              Regular aerobics exercises can improve your skin composition.It makes the outer skin thinner and thickens the inner layer(the opposite of what happens when we age).This results in smoother,younger looking skin. Studies have also shown that exercising burns excess fat stored under the skin therey giving yo skin a nice and smooth texture or feeling.

4.PROTECTING AGAINST THE EFFECTS OF THE SUN🌞      UV rays damage the skin cells and this leads to premature aging , dryness and higher risk of skin cancer studies have shown.                       Solutions                                       Limit your time in the sun, studies have shown that it is healthier to sunbathe from 8AM-11AM anything beyond 11 is not healthy.The sun from 11AM-3PM is not recommended.If you can't avoid being in the sun,wear protective clothing.

 4.EATING FOODS RICH IN ANT-OXIDANTS                                      Leafy green , yellow and orange fruits and vegetables,fatty fish such as salmon help in skin maintenance.Probiotics should be added to you diet as they help to treat skin conditions like eczema and acne as well as skin damage caused by UV light.
