It has brought business to a standstill due to it's deadly and ravaging tendencies. People are working from home now more than ever so as to reduce the spreading of this invisible enemy. Being confined and isolated at home is boring and health threatening so it's time to appreciate your local sorroundings i.e go hunting, rock climbing, traverse the thickets create memories and mingle with nature. The Zimbabwe landscape is one of the best in Africa if not the world as it is endowed with everything be it wetlands, thickets, mountains, wild animals, wild fruits and grasslands. Daily Routine Healthy Habits.

A journey of a thousand miles start with a simple one step and a journey of a healthy life starts with a simple daily routine.It's like a surgeon carrying out delicate operation,no single step has to be skipped as health is the single most important thing we got to take care of to elongate our dear lives.Below are some of the many ways or routines you can follow to live healthly life.

1.START YOUR DAY WITH A GLASS OF LEMON WATER.
Mix half a lemon with one full glass of warm water, you will experience a refreshing and a better day.Lemon reduces the body's acidity levels and protects you from inflammatory diseases such as fungal infection and osteoporosis.
It also cleans the gut this mixture is to be taken before eating anything.

2. EXERCISES IN THE MORNING
Exercising in the morning improves your energy levels.It boosts your blood circulation and encourages good lymphatic function.Just 20-30 minutes can make a huge difference on yo health and looks.Mix up cardiacs and weights throughout the week for a great health.

3.EAT BREAKFAST
A healthy mix of proteins, slow_release carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals.Sensible options include yoghurt with nuts, berries,a vegetable omlet,low sugar liquids and a piece of fruit.This is to balance between all the required nutrients required by the body and avoid the over supplication of carbohydrates mostly.

4.STAY HYDRATED 💦
Did you know that becoming even slightly dehydrated can lead to lowered mood and concentration.Water is fundamental in all the metabolic functions of the body,it is like the oil that lubricates the engine to function well.Keep water and other low-sugar liquids at hand to sip throughout the day.

5.GET A HEALTHY LUNCH
Even the busiest of us can grab a healthy lunch as part of the daily routine. Keep fats at bay during lunch time to avoid lethargy which is not going to help u get through the day.
