Being confined and isolated at home is boring and health threatening so it's time to appreciate your local sorroundings i.e go hunting, rock climbing, traverse the thickets create memories and mingle with nature. Water is a basic necessity of life,it is the oil that lubricates the engine of life.Some governments have gone as far as making the provision of clean and safe water a constitutional right.

It is a fact that only a few people know that water is natural beauty remedy,it contributes to the health and maintenance of the skin thereby enhancing beauty. 

Below are some of the main ways in which water plays an important role under the aspect of  beauty.

1.Improves skin tone 

The water we drink flushes all the toxins in our bodies through urination,defeacation ad persipiration and this makes sure that the skin is healthy as the chemical balance is maintained well.Studies have shown that just by drinking 2 cups of water increases blood flow to the skin which gives it an even tone.

2.Prevents Premature Aging

The water we drink increases elasticity of our skin as it is kept moisturised for longer periods.Heightened elasticity in the skin implies delayed sagging of the skin and premature appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

3.Prevents Acne 

Drinking water balances oil and water content in the skin thereby helping to prevent excess oil and sebum secretion which means fewer clogged pores and acne(teens will love this one but yours is a hormonal issues,it's a stage that passes but anyway drink water it might help).

4.No more itchy skin on the face 

Dry skin always tends to itch and that ussually leads to scratching of the skin thereby disrupting your facial appearance. Your skin can even develop dry flakes and rash due to lack of moisture .Enough water ensures that your skin does not get dry enough to itch.

5.Faster healing.

If you have been out in the sun and got sunburnt ,drinking water can fasten the healing process thereby fixing your appearance quickly and return to normal beautful skin.
